Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the GPTImage3 website at gptimage3.me (the “Service”), operated by the GPTImage3 team (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to download wallpapers

Every wallpaper hosted on this Service is generated using ChatGPT Image 2 (the GPT-4o vision model) and is offered under the GPTImage3 Free License. You may, free of charge:

  • Download, copy, and use the wallpaper for personal device backgrounds.
  • Use the wallpaper in commercial contexts (e.g. as a YouTube thumbnail backdrop, blog header, slide deck, etc.).
  • Modify, crop, recolor, and remix the wallpaper.

You may not:

  • Resell the wallpaper as a stand-alone product (e.g. on a stock site, a wallpaper-pack marketplace, or NFT mint). Repackaging the entire GPTImage3 catalogue under another brand is also prohibited.
  • Use the wallpaper in a way that suggests endorsement by GPTImage3, OpenAI, or any third party depicted.
  • Use the wallpaper in materials that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or in violation of third-party intellectual-property rights.

2. Acceptable use of the Service

You agree not to: (a) scrape the Service at a rate that materially burdens our servers (we publish a sitemap to make automated discovery unnecessary); (b) attempt to bypass any rate limiting or authentication on the WordPress admin; (c) probe for security vulnerabilities outside of a written-permission scope.

3. AI-generated content disclaimers

Wallpapers on this Service are generated by an AI model. We do not warrant that any wallpaper is free of resemblance to real-world persons, trademarks, or copyrighted designs. If a specific wallpaper appears to infringe your rights, please file a takedown request via the DMCA page; we respond within 14 days and remove genuinely infringing material.

4. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTImage3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or wallpapers downloaded from it. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at USD 50.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what limited data we collect and your rights.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms when the Service changes materially. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes, post a 14-day notice on the homepage before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the GPTImage3 maintainer is resident; that information is current on the About page. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country apply, those laws take precedence over the choice above.
