DMCA Takedown Policy

GPTImage3 respects copyright and removes content promptly when a valid takedown notice is received. If you believe a wallpaper on this site infringes your copyright, please submit a notice with the information below.

What to include

1. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
2. The URL of the wallpaper on GPTImage3 you want removed (e.g. https://gptimage3.me/wallpaper/1460/slug).
3. Your name, postal address, phone number, and email so we can reach you.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

How to send it

Send the complete notice via the contact page with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We aim to respond within 5 business days, and we usually remove or restrict access to the specific URL during review.

Counter-notice

If you believe content you posted (e.g. a wallpaper crawled from your public social account) was removed in error, send a counter-notice through the same channel including your contact details, the URL that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

We may block submissions from accounts or sources whose works are the subject of repeated valid DMCA notices.
