Privacy Policy

GPTImage3 (“we”, “our”, the “site”) operates gptimage3.me as a free repository of AI-generated wallpapers produced with ChatGPT Image 2 (the GPT-4o vision model). This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you browse, download, or contact us — and what we do with that information.

1. Data we collect

Browsing analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3NL33PWS5E) to record aggregated, pseudonymous statistics: page URL, referrer, country (from IP, never stored as raw IP after 24 hours), device type, browser, and Core Web Vitals metrics (LCP, INP, CLS, FCP, TTFB) so we can fix slow pages. IP addresses are anonymized at GA4 ingest. We do not run advertising remarketing.

Cookies. Two cookies may be set on your device:_ga*by Google Analytics (90-day lifetime, opt-out via the browser's site-data controls or a global blocker), and geo by our middleware (30-day lifetime, stores a broad-region bucket like east_asia / latam so the homepage can re-order popular wallpapers — it never contains your precise location).

Server logs. Our Nginx reverse-proxy keeps standard access logs (URL, IP, user agent, response time) for 14 days, then rotates them out. The logs are used for debugging crawl spikes and rate-limited abuse; they are never sold or shared with marketers.

Contact & DMCA email. If you email us via the Contact or DMCA pages, we retain that message and your email address for as long as needed to respond and to resolve the matter. We do not subscribe you to anything.

2. Data we do NOT collect

We do not have user accounts, login, comments, or carts. We never ask for your real name, phone number, payment details, or device fingerprint. We do not run third-party advertising networks (no AdSense, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) and we do not sell or rent any of the limited data above.

3. Third-party services

  • Google Analytics 4— measurement only. See Google's privacy policy. You can opt out via the official opt-out browser add-on.
  • NewBrush (image super-resolution) — when you tapDownload, we may pass the source image URL to NewBrush to upscale to 2K. Only the image URL leaves our server; your IP and user agent are not forwarded.
  • Cloudflare (if/when enabled, see Aboutfor current status) — terminates TLS and serves static assets from the edge. Cloudflare's privacy practices are documented at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Pinterest— only embeds when you click the “Pin it” share button on a detail page; the share flow happens on Pinterest's domain and is governed by Pinterest's privacy policy.

4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Even though we hold very little personal data, you are entitled to:

  • Access — request a copy of any data we hold tied to your email.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your contact-email correspondence.
  • Restriction — opt your IP out of Google Analytics via the add-on above.
  • Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority.

5. Children

GPTImage3 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

6. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when we change tooling (new analytics, a CDN switch, an embedded service) or to clarify wording. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the homepage for at least 14 days.
